We have reports and confirmation from other operators of an issue with Level3 primarily affecting routing from the US/Northeast. If you are affected by this issue, your trace to your site/server may look like this: traceroute to 63.247.133.70 (63.247.133.70), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets We are currently working a network issue related to a blown switch port problem we had earlier. This issue will result in slowdowns and/or complete timeouts for various service requests. Update: This issue has been resolved. Total impact time: 12 minutes. We will be upgrading the client area tonight during a maintenance window of 11 PM to 1 AM Eastern US time. As the update is small in nature, no significant impact is expected. Weber is also part of the older group and likewise is being retired.
